At the same time, this diversity was less seen in those who ate limited food. This diversity is considered the hallmark of good digestion and strong body.

Charu Dua explains that eating the same food again and again can gradually weaken the strength of the micro-organisms present within the body. Many people think that if there are pulses, rice and vegetables in their plate then the body is getting everything. But the truth is that the fibers present in different grains, fruits and vegetables are also different. These changes keep the organisms present inside the stomach balanced.

However, some consistency in everyday food also has its benefits. With this, it becomes easier to control weight, eating habits remain regular and the body starts getting food at a fixed time.
