In which researchers found that people who had low relative STS power were seen to have a higher risk of many health problems. Among men, people with low muscle power were found to have a higher risk of falls and fractures. At the same time, the risk of hip fracture and falling was seen to be higher in women. According to the study, women who had low muscle strength had a 29 percent higher risk of being admitted to hospital. Not only this, he had to spend more days in the hospital.

Researchers also found that the risk of death was up to 57 percent higher in men with low muscle power. At the same time, this risk was found to be more than double in women.
