Airport Authority of India AAICLAS Recruitment 2026 : Airport Authority of India Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS) has recently released the notification for recruitment to the posts of security for its various airports. The special thing is that this recruitment is also open for freshers, if you dream of working at the airport and want to make a career in security or operational field, then this is a golden opportunity for you. A total of 220 posts will be filled in this recruitment, which include both Security Screener and Assistant (Security) posts. Selected candidates will be appointed under Fixed Term Contract (FTC).
On which posts there will be recruitment
Under this recruitment drive, recruitment will be done on a total of 220 posts, out of which 158 posts have been fixed for Security Screener (Fresher) and 62 posts have been fixed for Assistant (Security). This recruitment will be done at different airports in the country, so that the selected candidates can be posted at different places. How will recruitment be done for security screener and assistant posts?
For security screener posts, a total of 158 posts are available in airports including 17 in Dehradun, 25 in Kolkata, 37 in Patna, 28 in Trichy, 17 in Calicut and 34 in Udaipur. Whereas, for Assistant posts, there are 9 in Tirupati, 23 in Trichy, 9 in Madurai, 9 in Bhubaneswar and 12 in Udaipur, a total of 62 posts. With this, candidates will get an opportunity to work at different airports and will also get job experience at different locations.
Important dates of application
The process to apply for these posts is different. In which the application for the post of Security Screener will start from 18th May 2026 and the last date is 8th June 2026. Whereas, applications for the post of Assistant will be accepted from June 11, 2026 till July 2, 2026. Candidates are advised to keep these dates in mind and apply on time.
Who can apply?
To apply for the post of Security Screener for this recruitment, it is necessary for the candidate to have graduation from a recognized university, in which minimum 60 percent marks are required for General, OBC and EWS category and 55 percent marks are required for SC/ST category. Whereas for the post of Assistant, it is necessary for the candidate to have passed 12th, in which minimum 60 percent marks are required for general category and 55 percent marks are required for SC/ST category. For both the posts, it is also necessary that the candidate can read and speak Hindi, English or local language, so that there is no problem while working at the airport.
What is the age limit for this recruitment
In this recruitment, the maximum age of the candidate for the post of Security Screener should be 27 years, which will be calculated till May 1, 2026. At the same time, the maximum age for the post of Assistant is 27 years, which will be implemented till June 1, 2026. Reserved category candidates will also be given age relaxation as per government rules, so that more candidates can apply.
What will be the work in this recruitment
The candidate selected for the post of Security Screener will have to perform important tasks like security check, baggage screening and ensuring the security of passengers and luggage in airports and cargo complexes. Whereas the responsibility of the candidate working on the post of Assistant will be to help in baggage handling, loading-unloading and other operational work of the airport.

Candidates for both these posts will be selected through merit based online interaction.
