Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan has taken a big step by taking seriously the technical problems being faced in the CBSE post-result portal. After continuous complaints from students and parents, he has given instructions to deploy a team of professors and technical experts from Indian Institute of Technology Madras and Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur to help CBSE.
Many problems came to the fore continuously
In recent times, many students have complained about portal crashes, server down, login failure, payment failure and other technical glitches during re-evaluation and post-exam services. Due to these problems, many students faced difficulty in completing the application process. A large number of students and parents were expressing their displeasure on social media also.
Education Ministry intervened
Seeing this, the Education Ministry immediately intervened and decided to take the help of IIT experts. The team of IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur will now check the entire technical arrangements of the CBSE post-result portal. This team will test the stability of the portal, server capacity and strength of the technical infrastructure. Along with this, problems arising in login authentication system, user access and payment gateway will also be investigated in detail.
Experts will check these things
This team of experts will study all the technical glitches that have come to light after the post-exam re-evaluation services started this year. The aim of the team is to ensure that students can avail services like copying, verification and re-evaluation of their answer sheets without any hassle.
Education Minister said this
Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan said that the welfare of students is the top priority of the government. He has instructed CBSE that all the necessary reforms should be done on priority basis, so that the entire process can be made transparent, smooth and for the welfare of the students.
What will be the benefit of this process?
The Ministry believes that with the technical assistance of IIT experts, the functioning of the portal will improve and students will not have to face such problems in future. This step is being considered as a relief for lakhs of students who are waiting for post-result services after their board exam results.
