A big opportunity has come for the youth dreaming of government jobs in Bihar. Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) has released the official notification for the 71st Integrated Main (Written) Examination 2025. Interested candidates will be able to apply online from December 3, 2025, while the last date of application has been fixed as December 24, 2025. Recruitment for 1298 posts, number of posts increased
This time BPSC has issued recruitment for a total of 1298 posts. Initially the vacancies were 1250, but later through amendment, 34 new posts were added, due to which the total posts increased to 1298. This change is a relief news for those candidates who were expecting more opportunities.
So many candidates took the preliminary exam
This time also a large number of applications were flooded for the 71st preliminary examination of BPSC. A total of 4,71,012 candidates applied, out of which 3,16,762 candidates appeared in the examination. This examination was conducted on 13 September and for this, 912 examination centers were made in 37 districts of Bihar. The presence of such a large number of candidates proves that BPSC is still the first choice of the youth.
14,261 candidates were successful
The result of the preliminary examination has been released, in which a total of 14,261 candidates have been declared successful. 13,368 candidates have been successful for General Administrative Services. Whereas 893 candidates have passed the preliminary examination for the post of Financial Administrative Officer.

How to apply
step 1: Candidates first go to the official website of BPSC.
Step 2: If you are applying for the first time, click on “New User Registration”.
Step 3: Fill personal information like your name, date of birth, mobile number, email.
Step 4: After completion of registration, you will get user ID and password.
Step 5: Login with this and enter all your necessary information in the form.
Step 6: Upload the required documents in the correct format.
Step 7: Finally submit the form and save a copy for future.
