Airtel outage: On Monday, Airtel users in many parts of India suddenly faced a network barrier. A large number of customers filed a complaint about non -work of mobile data and voice call services. According to the outage tracking website Downdetector, more than 2,300 reports came to the fore by 4:04 pm regarding disruption of Airtel’s services. This problem was affecting not only mobile data but also voice calls and SMS services.
Company statement
Airtel issued a statement saying – “We are currently facing the problem of network outage. Our team is working fast on it so that services can be restored as soon as possible. We are honest for the inconvenience due to this.”
Displeasure of users
Many customers expressed displeasure on social media. He said that not only calls and SMS were affected for a long time, but also the problem of data deduction on 4G networks was taken even though they have taken a 5G plan. Because of this, people questioned Airtel’s network quality and infrastructure. Apart from this, users are also having difficulty in availing Airtel’s services. However, the company has spoken of fixing it soon, but such problems cause a lot of trouble to the users, which sometimes also causes harm to the people.
Demand for reliable services
Such technical problems that are constantly coming, have disappointed customers. Most users say that they now expect better and stable network connectivity so that such problems do not happen in the future. The company is not paying attention to the network improving the network, due to which users are very upset. The company should not have to face such problems.
