Big news has come for the youth preparing for government jobs in Uttar Pradesh. The recruitment which was awaited for a long time is now near. UPSSSC has released the notice for Combined Lower Subordinate Services (Graduate Level) Mains Exam. Under this recruitment, there will be appointments on many important posts like Account Inspector, Executive Officer, Clerk cum Typist. Selection will be made on a total of 2285 posts, which will give thousands of youth a chance to join government service.
This is a golden opportunity for the youth who dream of a government job. The Commission has made it clear that the online application process will start from 29 May 2026. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to apply till 18 June 2026. Applications will be accepted only online, for which candidates will have to visit the official website of the Commission, upsssc.gov.in.
Who can apply
Only those candidates who have the scorecard of PET-2025 will be able to apply for this recruitment. That means it is necessary to pass the preliminary eligibility test. The age limit has also been fixed according to the post. For some posts the minimum age has been kept at 18 years, while for others it has been kept at 21 years. The maximum age limit is fixed at 40 years. Reserved category candidates will also get age relaxation as per rules.

Which posts will be recruited
Account Inspector, Executive Officer, Clerk cum Typist and other graduate level posts are included in this campaign. These posts will be filled in different departments, which will bring new energy in administrative work and the youth will get a stable career.
what will be the exam pattern
A total of 100 questions will be asked in the exam, which will be of 100 marks. You will get 2 hours to solve the paper. Questions will be from subjects like History, Geography of India, Environment, Current Affairs, Mathematics, General Hindi, Computer and Information Technology. The special thing is that there will be negative marking of one-fourth mark for wrong answers. Therefore, candidates will have to answer thoughtfully.
