Apple has recently rolled out iOS 26.3 update and now the company is working on iOS 26.4. But the real wait for Apple users is for iOS 27 update. There is still more than four months left for its first beta version to be released, but due to the features available in it, the excitement of the users has increased. Siri Chatbot- iOS 27 The biggest feature in the update will be Siri Chatbot. Apple is now trying to turn Siri into a chatbot like ChatGPT and Google Gemini. After this feature comes, users will be able to talk to Siri like a chatbot. Besides, it will also have capabilities like on-screen awareness and understanding context.
New Apple Intelligence Features- After the partnership with Google, Apple will use Gemini AI model for its intelligence features. This will start from iOS 27. It is being told that Apple Intelligence capability will be added to Apple Calendar in the upcoming update. Apart from this, users will also get personalized and AI powered health and fitness recommendations in Health Plus subscription service.
Satellite connectivity features- iOS 27 update will support 5G connectivity. However, this feature may be limited to only iPhone 18 Pro models. Apart from this, new satellite features will be added to Apple Maps and users will be able to send and receive messages with the help of satellite even if there is no mobile connectivity.
When will the update be released?
It is believed that Apple can start beta testing of iOS 27 during the WWDC event in June and it can be rolled out in September. The iPhone 18 Pro models to be launched in September may come with this update.
