
Candidates who are preparing for government jobs and dream of working in a reputed institute like NPCIL will be able to apply online from this date. A total of 122 posts will be filled under this recruitment drive and the last date to apply has been fixed as 27 November 2025, therefore candidates are advised not to wait for the last moment and complete the application process on time.

Talking about the educational qualification for these posts, the candidates applying for Deputy Manager must have a graduation or post-graduation degree from a recognized institute, whereas for the post of Junior Hindi Translator, the candidates must have a post-graduation degree in Hindi or English subject and other prescribed qualifications.

The pay scale also increases the attractiveness of these posts. The candidates selected on the post of Deputy Manager will get a salary of Rs 86,955 per month while the candidates selected on the post of Junior Hindi Translator will be given Rs 54,870 per month, which gives a strong career and better financial stability to the young candidates.

If we look at the age limit, the age of the candidates for the post of Deputy Manager should be between 18 to 30 years, whereas for the post of Junior Hindi Translator, the age has been fixed at 21 to 30 years. According to government rules, special category candidates will also get age relaxation. SC and ST categories will be given the benefit of five years relaxation, OBC candidates will be given three years relaxation and disabled candidates will be given the benefit of 10 years relaxation.

The selection process will be in two stages: online examination and interview. A total of 120 questions will be asked in the written examination which will include subjects like Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, Ethics in Public Service, English and General Awareness.

One-fourth i.e. 0.25 marks will be deducted for every wrong answer, so students will have to pay attention to giving correct answers. To pass the examination, it will be mandatory for unreserved category candidates to score at least 40 percent marks and reserved category candidates to score 30 percent marks, only then they will be able to reach the interview.
